     Check out before 11.00 a.m.

     The towels and linen are provided (please supply your own beach towels). The apartment   

     will be cleaned before arrival. Any further cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

     We employ a local maid, so before you leave, just tidy up, replace any breakages, and leave

     the rest for us!

     The apartment does not have facilities for the disabled people. Sorry, pets not allowed.

       Payment Details  -    Payment by Bank Transfer.

• EUR 80 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit Required at the time of booking.            
• Reservation is guaranteed after 30% prepayment of the rental amount due.                   
• The remainder is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.                                                                                                                                                                         
• 50% cancellation fee applies.
